      I've been shopping online for about 10 years.  Why? I shop price and the fact that I don't have to stand in line and deal with poor customer service is a big plus.

        Free shipping is a big draw for me, especially for large items that are normally costly to ship or have delivered from a local store. I love the convenience of 24hr/7day shopping. Many of my purchases are made in the wee hours.
