Very interesting indeed. One of the reasons I visit this site is the science section which is usually first with these new discoveries.

I'm kinda disappointed in a way. The second I read 'built like a tank,' I knew it had to be an ankylosaur of some kind. Nothing against the type, I just wanted to see something that would throw me off completely.

The only questions I have are: Is the tail clubbed, possible armored to the tip, or spiked? And did this kind have 'horns' or spikes on its back, like some ankylosaurs had? Also, was the armor on its back flat or more like an armadillo?

So did turtles evolve from this or the other way around ha.

That's nature for you. It finds a way to repeat something that works and turtle defenses work most of the time and it's why turtles can live to be 200 years old.

So the big question is--if we go extinct will we rise again?

A question for the ages.

And I thought a modern tank is built more like a turtle.
