Everyone who hates the new FB layout... there's an easy fix. :) -- On the menu at the top left, click on MORE. Then drag STATUS UPDATES to the top, above NEWS FEED. After dragging to top, click on it. That becomes your default and HOME is like before.

I hate the new facebook - I went as far as taken me off facebook. Had enough.

Heaven only kows why people are insistant on fixing things that are not broken! I hate that posts are not in chronological order. It makes no sense!

I signed up for facebook a long time ago,but once I realized that it was impossible to get out of it I never used it except for one time when facebook was on a recruting mission and I fell for it thinking that a friend was trying to reach me. Facebook and all the problems connected with it is DANGEROUS and the recent events just reinforce my views on it. Anything you post on it, no matter what the intention is,be it joking,poking or gossiping can be viewed and interepreted in ways not intended by present or future employers, authorities friends or non friends.

Less is more as far as I'm concerned. I frequent FB to stay in contact with people-not to play silly children's games. I love the fact I can block whomever I choose as well. While my opinion is most likely unpopular with the average 12 y.o. I find no voyeuristic pleasure in knowing THAT much about everyone's lives. So, thanks FB!

Another problem with my beloved FB is that there's no way to "contact us" like every single other website I've ever seen has. So, when you need help, you are just out of luck, unless you post your own question on your status or else google it & can see what other FB brethren have done about the problem you are having. Thank God for those FB friends!

No way to contact anyone at FB. Seems they realize that this now sucks and they don't want to hear about it. change it back! I also have problems, at least 5 times a day that it will not let me log on to the site due ti"maintainence" or "site issues"....What's that all about? I can use my phone just fine but not a pc to log in.....Go figure!

The live feed really isn't that much different than the old feed. The only thing I really see different is that quiz results post in the quiz results feed now--and the part I don't like...seeing who my friends become friends with, what they're attending, what group they joined, and what they became a fan of. I really DON'T CARE! Oh, I also can't stand them telling me who I need to reconnect with!

This isn't exactly 'new', but the applications notifications users constantly send out frustrate me. I believe that those should be kept on their own wall. In fact, we should get to control whatever notification we receive. It's all about flexibility, and I strongly feel that the number of users who prefer Facebook will dramatically decrease if these issues are not resolved in time.

How stupid is facebook? I don't need some of my friends or relatives to know everything about me, like I'm taking a vacation to one friends home but not another. I pulled out after trying to juggle things and info. I prefer to email. It's private.

If you are friends with people you never wanted to talk to from the beginning, have you asked yourself why you even added them in the first place? The suggestions are simply reminders. And if anything, they are hints that perhaps you need to delete them if you never want to talk to them! Has nobody ever heard the phrase, "change is good"??? Humans are such creatures of habit and cannot adapt to change. I find that to be sad. It's a free website that enables you to socialize and reconnect with long lost friends/acquaintances/relatives. Perhaps you've heard of these phrases, "beggers can't be choosers", "something is better then nothing", and lastly, "you cannot please everyone." I've said my piece.

I'm happy this happened, no more farmville updates. No more reading Bobby found a lonely brown cow, or Jessica has reached a new level of farming, and (my favorite) Kyle: SEND ME SOME GIFTS ON FV!!! Well, jiminy cricket, I'm really choked up the news feed has changed, now I won't know everyone little fricken detail of my friends' progress in FarmDumb. Is it bad taste to use Marx's famous quotes (religion is the opiate of the masses) and apply it to farmville?

It is confusing and why two pages. The one thing that is really bugging me is that apparently FB chooses what to include and what not. OK what is the next step? To me alarmingly close to early version of censoring. Wake up people. I will be getting off of FB soon.

So what if they changed their look. Change is good. I can't figure out why MSNBC is making such a BIG deal out of this!!!

I tried changing the news feed to status updates. It didn't look anything like the old facebook at all. The news feed is fine but I don't see the point in holding the news until you return to facebook(which could be a few days later). If I wasn't there to read the 300 plus news feeds when they happened, why on earth would I want to read them now? It happened....it's done.....who cares? I also do not care for the side jabs about who I have and haven't spoken to recently. I am horrified at being notified that "so and so" only has 4 friends and could I recommend some. Just awful! Change may well be a good thing....but not this time.

I hate new facebook. More are suck right now and increase cyberbully. Too many of them are fake friends even two faces.. I am going to close facebook and move to somewhere .. Maybe twitter or else.. If not, i will create new page with high security than facebook due too personal to reveal it. Plus no private at all. They can see your photos, sicko pervert people peep over young photos out there.. It is creep me out!
